As one of the UK’s leading Grief and Wellbeing specialists, Dipti Solanki helps people with grief, loss and all the transition this brings. She has over 15 years of experience working with individuals, groups and organisations. She is also a lecturer, speaker and author on mental health.
Dipti’s journey started in her early teens following the sudden death of her mother. This and other losses led to her suffering from debilitating anxiety and depression for years. It was after doing the deep healing work herself that she recognised the true lack of helpful information surrounding grief in all its forms and how to deal with it all in a practical way.
Her work centres around challenging taboos around loss and understanding the connection between emotional and physical health. As the saying goes: health and happiness are truly an inside job!
Dipti is a trained and certified Grief Coach, Life Coach, Grief Educator and Natural Health Practitioner.
She has recently featured in a BBC Documentary called ‘Living with Loss’ and appeared on Talk TV, BBC Radio, and the Independent Newspaper, amongst other prominent publications.
